Business leads
Jamie Holmes
Jamie is a founding director of NASH Maritime, a Chartered Engineer and project management professional experienced in maritime and civil engineering consultancy. He provides specialist maritime engineering input through all phases of a development's lifecycle in estaurine, nearshore and offshore environments.
Dr Ed Rogers
Ed is a founding director of NASH Maritime and a recognised technical maritime risk expert. He leads delivery of maritime risk assessments, risk model development and safety management systems/software, as well as berth optimisation studies and navigation assessments for maritime Infrastructure developments.
Chris Hutchings
Chris is a project director with over 30 years’ international experience winning and delivering interdisciplinary projects. He leads the Technology arm at NASH Maritime providing support to clients on implementing safety and vessel traffic management systems for ports and offshore developments.
Sam Anderson-Brown
Sam leads the Maritime Infrastructure service arm at NASH Maritime helping clients ensure construction and operations can safely co-exist with ongoing vessel activity. He has worked in the sector for 13 years and has an intimate and practical understanding of operations, navigation risk management and developments on the Thames and the inland waterway network.
James Clark
James heads up our Governance service, helping clients comply with diverse and evolving regulations. He has over two decades of experience and has worked at sea, for commercial ports and the UK's Maritime and Coastguard Agency. He has deep knowledge of port operations, vessel traffic management and navigational/port safety regulations.
Brocque Preece
Brocque is a naval architect and chartered engineer with a worldwide experience of offshore energy and maritime infrastructure. A recognised specialist in risk assessments, mooring studies and incident reviews/expert witness, he leads our Offshore Energy service arm, helping clients manage the navigation impacts and risks associated with their developments.
Dr Andrew Rawson
Andrew is a consultant analyst at NASH Maritime who leads our Research and Development program. He specialises in risk analysis, traffic modelling and navigation risk assessment having worked on a multitude of projects for developers, ports and governments as project manager or lead analyst.
